| Fun show Friday night at the Webster Underground. Thanks to everyone who came out. Technical problems aside. =) Did anyone see the end of SNL this week where Ashlee Simpson totally got caught out for lip syncing? I'm assuming that since she's supposedly one of those artists who "doesn't lipsync" live she should've been more careful, as the vocal tape started for the wrong song, she just stood there, and danced a pathetic jig, and walked off stage before they cut to commerical from a shot of her band laughing. She later stated "Well, sorry, my band played the wrong song." Seems to me, that if she was actually a real singer, and on top of that, wrote he own music, she'd have been able to just figure out which song it was and sing it after a few seconds. Isn't that what singers do? I guess it's not when you hear you voice go up and then get cut off the PA in the mix. As my girlfriend accurately stated "That's why your parents love Jessica more."  | ||||||||||
